What's the Best program to remove infected computer files?

I have a DNS Changing Trojan on my computer and Spybot Search and Destroy didn't fix it. I also have AVG free with all the updates and it didn't find any errors. What program that is freeware or I can use the trial of can help remove this error? Please help!
