Doesn't 3 teams in the top 5 of the BCS prove that the Big 12 is the best conference?

The PAC 10 is weak. OR even with Dennis Dixon would probably not have beaten AZ. LSU could easily have 3 losses right now. BIG 10 , please. These 3 BIG 12 teams have dominated everyone they have played. Won't the BIG 12 championship game be the real national championship game? Whoever plays the winner of the BIG 12 won't stand a chance.
