I have to do a school debate? Any opinions or arguments about the statement?

if i was against it would i would probably argue that just cuz ur 18 doesnt mean ur an adult. ur body's not even done developing yet, physically and ur brain still developing. just because ur a certain age doesnt mean u have the experience or knowledge to be an adult and survive in the real world. some people arent quite ready for life yet when they're 18, sometimes they still got some growing to do
