Yes, you can, most likely you just got a bit too much at once, and you will be fine. The excessive tremors (shakes) are from the steroids hitting your bloodstream all at one time. Getting nervous/anxious makes your blood pump faster too, so all of this is making your body go into a "hyper-drive." This is a normal response and you should be fine. Sit down, relax, and take deep, slow breaths. Your pulse, respirations, and the tremors should return to normal within 10-15 minutes, if they do not, call poison control at 1-800-222-1222 for further advice.
