My brother in school?

Hes been goin through tough times this year. Hes in the 7th grade, im in High school. He was doing very well in the first quarter, 2nd quarter was like a bum...He got a 63 on his Religion Midterm exam, He forgot to fill in his reading logs, etc. Hes been letting out alot. He has a lot of amazing talents. Is there a way that I can make him do better in school and motivate him to success?
