How do i transmit sky+ signal in the same room?

I just had a sky installtion. As my TV ariel was at the opposite end of the room,the installer advised me to move the TV to the opposite end towards the wall so it was easier rather than run the cables across the walls which would have been very ugly.As the whole thing has disturbed the setup of the living room, I was wondering if there is some device in the market which would be able to transmit the signal from one of the room to another wirelessly so we could move the TV back to where it was.I have seen the video sender online but they all say for the 2nd room.My problem is transmission in the same room from one end to the other.Any guidance will be greatly appreciated.
