What are my chances for UT?

I am an incoming junior, and the high school I go to is an early college high school, where we take college cles as well. I am in gifted and talented, all of my cles are AP, I will take the ACT and SAT this year but my PSAT score was 150, not to good/bad. My G.P.A. in high school is a 3.5 and my college one is 3.8. I started Newspaper club, and I participated in multicultural, spanish, and creative arts. I am in an honor society as well, but my rank is not to high right now (25%-30%) But I will get it up. Can I get in the school?
