A guy hasnt contacted me in several days...?

backstory: i gave him my number and we texted for a few hours getting to know each other. he seemed interested. Now its day 12 and he hasnt reached out with a text or anything. so im guessing its safe to ume hes not interested anymore and i should move on right?
